These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ranyal.com and any business dealings with Ranyal Textiles (“Ranyal”, “we”, “us”), a manufacturer and exporter of hospitality, retail, and healthcare textiles based in Pakistan. By using this website or engaging with us for a quote or order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Business

Ranyal.com is a B2B platform. Products, prices, and specifications shown on the site are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. All orders are subject to a formal quotation, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and mutual confirmation between Ranyal and the buyer.

2. Quotes & Orders
   • Quotes provided are valid for a limited period (as stated in the quotation) and subject to change based on raw material costs, currency fluctuation, or order volume.
   • Orders are confirmed only after both parties agree on price, quantity, specifications, payment terms, and delivery timeline in writing (email or signed order confirmation).
   • Custom/private-label orders (fabric, sizing, color, packaging, branding) are manufactured strictly as per the buyer’s approved specifications and samples.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms (e.g., advance/TT, Letter of Credit, or milestone-based payments) will be agreed upon per order and stated clearly in the order confirmation or contract. Production will begin only after receipt of agreed advance payment, where applicable.

4. Samples

Pre-production samples may be provided for buyer approval before bulk manufacturing begins. Sample costs and shipping charges (if any) will be communicated in advance.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on order size, customization, and international shipping/customs conditions.
• Shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) will be specified in the order confirmation.
• Ranyal is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Quality & Compliance

All products are manufactured to meet the specifications and quality standards agreed with the buyer, in line with our certifications (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, GRS, ISO, and others as applicable). Any quality claims must be raised in writing within the timeframe specified in the order agreement, supported by evidence (photos/samples).

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, and branding are the property of Ranyal Textiles. Buyer-provided designs, logos, or private-label specifications remain the buyer’s property and will only be used to fulfil that buyer’s order.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep commercial terms, designs, and specifications shared during business discussions confidential, and not disclose them to third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ranyal’s liability for any order is limited to the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or profits.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, failing which they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan (or arbitration, if agreed separately in an order contract).
